Our Booking Process
We’ve made booking simple, transparent, and tailored to you. Here’s how it works:
1. Request Your Estimate
Once you submit your form, we’ll review your details and provide a personalized estimate based on your event needs and design preferences.
2. Confirm Your Date
After reviewing your estimate, we’ll confirm date availability to secure your spot on our calendar.
3. Secure Your Booking
To reserve your date, a deposit is required. Payments can be made conveniently through Zelle, Venmo, Square, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
4. Sign Your Booking Form
Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a link to sign your booking form, confirming your design and event details.
5. Customize Your Colors
Clients can choose the color palette that best reflects their theme and style, ensuring every design feels perfectly personal.
6. Review Your Digital Mockup
Within 48 hours of booking, we’ll send a digital mockup for your approval — a visual preview of your setup to ensure every detail matches your vision.
