At Liss Wonderland, we take great care in preparing for each event to ensure the highest quality and professionalism. The following policy applies to all bookings to protect both parties and maintain the integrity of our services.
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled event date.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than seven (7) days before the event will result in forfeiture of the total contract amount, and the client will remain responsible for full payment of services as agreed upon.
2. Deposits and Retainers
- All deposits and retainers are strictly non-refundable. These funds secure your date and cover preliminary preparation, materials, and design time allocated to your event.
3. Final Payment and Refunds
- Once final payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. Any rescheduled date must be mutually agreed upon.
4. Weather, Acts of God, and Unforeseen Circumstances
- [Your Business Name] is not liable for cancellations or postponements due to inclement weather, acts of God, natural disasters, venue issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your event for a future date, but no refunds will be provided once payment has been made.
5. Agreement
By submitting a deposit or retainer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
